3. Pre-Requisites
Before using this module, ensure the following:

- User Role Permissions Configured (System Manager, Inspection Manager, Read-Only User).
- Pre-Registered Containers (Ensure the container exists in the system before an inspection is performed).
- In-Yard Booking Exists (The container should have an active in-yard booking for inspection linkage).
- Container Inspection Details Are Configured (Ensure the services, officials, and required attributes are set up correctly).
4. Step-by-Step Usage
Step 1: Creating a Container Inspection
- Navigate to Container Inspection in ERPNext.
- Click New to create an inspection record.
- Select the In-Yard Booking linked to the container.
- Enter relevant details:
- Inspector Name, Inspection Date, Inspection Results, and Comments.
- Assign a New Container Location if applicable.
- Click Save to store the inspection record.
Step 2: Adding Container Inspection Details
- In the Service Details section, click Add Row to input specific services.
- Select the Service Type (from predefined ICD Services).
- Enter details such as:
- TRA Official, ICD Official, Clearing Agent, Exam Status, New Seal No, Status Change, Volume of Cargo, and Remarks.
- Click Save to store the service details.
Step 3: Submitting an Inspection
- Ensure all mandatory fields are filled.
- Click Submit to finalize the inspection.
- The system updates the Container Status accordingly.
Step 4: Updating Inspection Details
- Open an existing Container Inspection Record.
- Modify fields such as Inspection Comments, Post-Inspection Location, or Additional Notes.
- Click Save to apply the changes.
Step 5: Creating a Service Order (If Needed)
- If a Service Order is required, navigate to the Container Inspection record.
- Click Create Service Order (available only after submission).
- A new Service Order will be generated with pre-filled details from the inspection.
5. Troubleshooting (Common Errors and Resolutions)
