The "Service Electrical Checklist" doctype allows you to create and manage checklists for the electrical system service within the Service Management module.

Fields

1. Electrical Part

  • Label: Electrical Part

  • Usage:

    • Enter the name or description of the electrical system component.
    • This field helps identify the specific part of the electrical system to be checked.
    • Example: "Battery", "Alternator", "Fuse Box"

2. Mark

  • Label: Mark

  • Usage:

    • Check the box to mark the completion or status of the electrical system check.
    • Indicates whether the electrical system component has been checked or serviced.
    • Example: Check the box when "Battery" voltage has been tested.

Usage

  1. Navigate to the "Service Management" module.
  2. Select "Service Electrical Checklist" from the list of available doctypes.
  3. Click on "New" to create a new checklist item for the electrical system.
  4. Enter the name or description of the "Electrical Part" component to be checked.
  5. Check the "Mark" box to indicate completion or status.
  6. Save the record.
  7. You can view, edit, or delete checklist items as needed.
