**1. Introduction**

The **Outsourcing Attendance Details** is a child table used within the **Outsourcing Attendance** form in the **Property Management Solution** module. This table is designed to store individual attendance details for each outsourced person, including their status (e.g., Present, Absent, Day Off), the position they held, and relevant remarks. 


**2. Accessing the Outsourcing Attendance Details**

The **Outsourcing Attendance Details** table is a child table and is embedded within the **Outsourcing Attendance** form. To access and manage this table:

* Open the **Outsourcing Attendance** form within the ERP system. 

* Scroll down to the **Atttendance Details** dection, where the **Outsourcing Attendance Details** table is located. 

You will be able to add, edit, and view attendance details for multiple outsourced persons. 



**3. Field Descriptions**

Below are the fields available in the **Outsourcing Attendance Detauls** table, along wiith their descriptions:

* **Person Name:**

The name of the utsourced person whose attendance is being recorded. 

* **Position:**

The position or role the person held during the shift (e.g., Cleaner, Security Guard). 

* **Status**

The attendance status of the person during the shift. 

* **Remarks (If absent):

Additional remarks for the person, applicable only if their status is marked as **Absent.** This could include reasons for absence or any other relevant notes.



*4. Creating and Managing Attendance Details**

To create or manage entriess in the **Outsourcing Attendance Details** table:

1. **Add a New Entry:**

* Click on **Add Row** in the **Attendance Details** table. 

* Select the **Person Name** from the dropdown list. Only active outsourced contacts will be available foe selection. 

* Fill in the **Position** field with the relevant role for the person during the shift. 

* Set the **Status** to either "Present", "Absent", or "Day off". If "Absent" is selected, the **Remarks** field will appear. 

2. **Save the Record:**

* Once all required information is filled, click **Save** to store the entry. You can add multiple entries for different people within the same attendance record.
