Outsourcing Category

1. Introduction

The Outsourcing Category form is part of the Property Management Solution module in the ERP system. It allows users to create and manage different categories for outsourced personnel. These categories help in grouping outsourced contacts, making it easier to track their activities, attendance, and performance based on their specific category.

2. Accessing the Outsourcing Category Form

To access the Outsourcing Category form:

Home>Property Management Solution>Outsourcing Category

Once selected, you can create a new category or view and manage existing categories.

3. Field Descriptions

The following fields are available in the Outsourcing Category form:

  • Outsourcing Category:

The name of the outsourcing category (e.g., Security, Cleaning, Maintenance).

  • Outsource Contact:

This field allows users to add multiple outsourced contacts to the current category. It helps group contacts with the specific category for better management.

5. Creating and Managing Outsourcing Categories

To create a new Outsourcing Category:

  1. Click on the New button in the Outsourcing Category screen.

  2. Outsourcing Category: Enter the name of the category (e.g., Security, Cleaning, etc). This name will be used to group related outsourced contacts.

  3. Add contacts to the category by using the Outsource Contact table:

  • Select the Outsourced contacts who belong to this category from the dropdown menu.

*Save the form once all required fields are filled.

Note: Once created, these categories can be referenced in other forms, such as Outsourcing Atttendance to group and manage workers effectively.

5. Outsource Contact Table

The Outsource Contact table allows you to add multiple outsourced contacts under the current outsourcing category. Each row in the table represents an outsourced contact that is assovciated with this category.

  • How to Use:
  1. In the Outsoure Contact table, click on Add Row.

  2. Select an Outsource Contact from the list (these are stored in the Outsource Contact screen).

  3. Continue adding rows until all contacts belonging to this category are added.

This table helps in organizing and manging groupd of outsourced contacts based on their category.
