Outsourcing Shift

1. Introduction

The Outsourcing Shift form is part of the Property Management Solution module in ERP system. It is designed to manage shift, link it to an outsourcing category, and specify the locations for the shift. This form enables organizations to effeciently manage and assign shifts to outsourced personnel.

2. Accessing the Outsourcing Shift Form

To access the Outsourcing Shift form:

Home>Property Management Solution>Outsourcing Shift

Once selected, you can create a new shift or view and manage existing shifts.

3. Field Descriptions

The following are available in the Outsourcing Shift form:

  • Shift Name:

The name of the shift (e.g., Day Shift, Night Shift). This field is required and must be unique, as the document name is automatically generated based on this field.

  • Outsourcing Category:

Select the Outsourcing category that this shift belongs to (e.g., Security, Cleaning). This field helps in grouping shifts based on their respective categories.

  • Shift Location

This table allows users to define multiple locations for the shift. Each row represents a different location where the shift is carried out.

4. Creation and Managing Outsourcing Shfts

To create a new Outsourcing Shifts:

  1. Click on the New button in the Outsourcing Shift screen.

  2. Shift Name: Enter a unique name for the shift (e.g., Morning Shift, Evening Shift)

  3. Outsourcing Category: Select the category this sift belong to from the dopdown menu.

  4. Add Locations to the shift by using the Shift Location table:

  • Click on Add Row.

*Specify the location for the shift in each row.

  1. Once all required fields are filled, click Save to store the shift details.

This process allows you to define shifts and organize them based on category and location, making it easier to manage shifts across multiple sites.

5. Shift Location Management

The Shift Location tble allows you to add multiple locations where the shift will take place. This is helpful when managing large teams across different sites.

  • How to Use:
  1. In the Shift Location table, Click on Add Row.

  2. Specify the location for the shift. You may add multiple rows for different locations.

  3. Save the form once all locations have been added.

Each row in the Shift Location table corresponds to a different site where the shift is being conducted.
